Sales Consultant  As a global company with offices in Panama City and around the world, we look forward to working with you to provide our customers with the best international experience and create #EFMemories forever! The role of Sales Consultant  As a Sales Consultant at EF Education First, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our academic and language programs abroad. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential students, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring their satisfaction with our service. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets while providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will be the face of the company and your mission will be to best communicate our message through our online and offline channels. Responsibilities Closing Sales: Identify sales opportunities and contact interested potential clients to advise and assist them with booking our academic programs abroad.Developing Customer Relationships: Develop a close relationship with your potential students, understand their needs and offer them the solution to their problems/needs through our international education programs.Product Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of our academic and language programs and our associated destinations and services, always staying up to date with industry and competitor trends.Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving issues and providing support as needed.Meeting Goals: Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators, constantly striving for success in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Tourism or related fields.Sales experience: previous experience in sales areas, preferably in B2C industries in the education/travel sector and intangible products/services.English B2/C1 spoken and written.International experience: ideally having had some exchange/work experience abroad or living with people from other countries/cultures.Mastery of technological tools: use sales software, preferably CRM to manage the portfolio of leads and to correctly monitor compliance with the business KPIs.Soft Skills: Ambition and results orientation: highly motivated to achieve sales objectives and exceed customer expectations.Communication skills: excellent communication skills at all levels in English and Spanish.Ability to prepare sales pitches and assertively communicate the company's proposal.Customer orientation: be passionate about delivering high-level customer service in order to create and sustain long-term customer relationships.Adaptability, resilience and flexibility: demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and overcome challenges, seeking solutions and maintaining an excellent attitude.Team Player: collaborate effectively with colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures, demonstrating sensitivity and openness to different points of view. Success in this role is defined by hitting weekly and monthly sales targets and performing well on other KPIs related to calls, visits to potential clients, virtual consultations, and more.
