Sales Coordinator, CBS - Saudi Arabia Job Description **_Do you have the vision to provide the best and comprehensive offer to meet customers’ demand by close collaboration with Sales, Service & Service sales team for complex cases?_** As a Sales Coordinator for Commercial Building Services, you will enhance the sales force in term of normal sales order processing and support on customer management, product/sales forecast, communication with factory/HQ and other routine operations within sales field. **Your main responsibilities:** + Support sales to deal with the daily document of inquiry including pumps quotation and tender files, etc. + To assist sales in processing the key customer management, delivery, and payment issue etc. + Create the sales/product forecast based on sales inputs. + Sales meetings arrangement on regular basis or upon manager’s requirement + Coordinate marketing promotion activities and support sales in their respective locations. + Collect assorted data and constant information to generate a range of reports, such as statistical summaries and narrative descriptions, in response to requests. + Prepare regular reports and analysis, distribute them to relevant parties. + Coordinate arrangements for overseas as well as local visitors. + Maintain and support the sales team with sales excellence tools. + Other tasks assigned by the Manager **Your background** : + Associate degree or equivalent working experience + Cultivated proficiency in advancing support operations within Commercia Building Services + Ability of participate process in project progress and business process + Solid knowledge of process and activities in CBS + Ability to influence others **What’s in it for you?** Whether it’s developing leadership skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to help discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
