This role is responsible for helping to manage project schedules, process orders, prepare sales documents, and assisting in customer service and follow-up. **Key Responsibilities:** + Handle the processing of all orders and quotes with accuracy and timeliness. + Collaborate with customers, outside sales representatives, and operations team to set up deliveries, and plan for project needs. + Procure special order products through existing vendor channels. + Assist with basic customer account maintenance and billing lookup. + Review monthly reports in order to monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements. + Provide secondary support to the inside sales team. + Assist in estimating materials for projects, as needed. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus. + Experience in building materials will be considered a plus. + Good computer skills (MS Office, Order Management Systems). + Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
