The Sales Coordinator @ Byron Park provides excellent sales and administrative support for the sales process that results in new revenue from prospective residents moving into the community.

 

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm with flexibility for events.

 

Pay range: $25-27/hr, plus incentive 

 

 

What will I do every day?

Conduct Business Development activity with local community professional organizationsConduct and facilitate Open Houses and other types of eventsDeliver presentations to community groups to educate constituents about senior living optionsConnect with prospective customers and contacts on a regular basisAsk for and obtain deposits from prospective residentsSupport and maintain the community’s waitlistSupport the Move-In Process paperwork requirements as directed by Executive DirectorCoordinate the processing of inquiry generation eventsProvide coverage for sales when the Sales Directors are not scheduled to be in the building

 

What will I need to be successful in this role?

Bring a smile to work every dayHave a good work ethicStrong planning and organizational skillsComfortable with business development College graduate preferredComfortable using Canva Well versed in social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)Prior sales experience with excellent closing resultsExperience with proven sales techniquesPrevious experience working with senior’s a plusFlexibility to cover sales during holidays
