What you’ll do:As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for handling enquiries and preparing and presenting quotations, as well as registering and following- up on orders.
You will also support customers on product- and logistic related questions.
- Provide quotations for complete product range
- Maintain the general Sales email account
- Handle request for quotations and Purchase orders
- Maintain customers portals
- Encourage and support customers to use digital tools
- Communicate with direct customers on purchasing
- Maintain product documentation database
- Assist Sales Manager with administrative tasks (e.g. updating templates, procedures for Sales Department, invitation letters, etc)
- Handle and distribute incoming calls
- Support Outside Sales Department with quotations
- Support other Eaton GEIS departments, like finance, logistics and customer support, when requested
Technical understanding in electrical engineering, electronics, computer science or similar.
5 years’ experience in technical sales as a sales coordinator or in other technical positions
Technical understanding of electrical
Good computer skills (SAP, MS Office, MS Excel, CRM system)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
