Main Tasks / 主要任务
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Entering sales order (all types) transaction into SAP system with accuracy
- 订单录入
- Working closely with regional manager, coordinate various sales projects and facilitate the achievement of sales target and client retention goals.

- Initiate daily support to sales staff by preparing tender documents hard-copy, checking customer contracts and L/C draft

- Coordinate with OP department and Finance department for following-up on customer payment/delivery.
- 协助物流和财务部门完成客户付款
- Keep a full record of each existing distributor, issue authorization letter, and provide requested documents according to related procedure. Also provide dealer quarterly performance data.
- 销售相关文档管理
- Guide sales to follow related company policy/procedure/work instructions and contribute to process optimization based on the daily operation
- 指导销售执行公司规定的流程
- Phone contacts with clients for all product and service requests and pass to regarding staff
- 销售人员做好上门客户的接待和电话来访工作;在销售人员缺席时,及时转告客户信息,妥善处理
- Attend sales meetings, keep meeting minutes, and remind according sales to meet/finish action items in time
- 参加销售会议并做好会议纪要
- Serve as the back office of regional sales team for catalog sending, fax, printing, certificates sending, etc
- 作为内勤人员,为销售提供日常事务
Education / 教育背景
Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field.
本科,商务管理相关专业
Experience /经验
Two years experience in a coordinator or sales support position.
2年以上销售支持工作经验
