The Coordinator, Sales – Supports ATCO Frontec’s sales teams in their pursuits of new business in camp services across North America. Currently, ATCO Frontec operated in Canada and USA providing camp services as well facility operation and maintenance services to clients in public and private sectors.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Monitors and qualifies new business opportunities published on government and non-government publicly available resources. Brings forward opportunities that fit ATCO’s interest/no interest criteria. Using ATCO provided tools does market research to identify and qualify potential new business opportunities. Assists ATCO’s Sales Team in tracking of all qualified opportunities in ATCO’s CRM Platform – Salesforce, and compliance with ATCO’s stage gate process for sales. Assists ATCO’s Sales team through all stages of new business pursuit from initial identification to contact execution. Participates in the contract negotiation with the clients and in the handover of successful bids to the operations team. Attend trade fairs and conferences. Assists with proposal development, preparation for internal and external meetings, cold calling Any other duties as required Hybrid work styleRequired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
2 - 3 years in similar roles in camp services and/or facility operation and maintenance services or similar business segments. Experience of working with Indigenous partnerships would be a plus Bachelors' degree in business or similar Results oriented self-starter with strong sales skills – ability to close deals and deliver against sales targets. Ability and readiness to travel for business approximately 30% of the time Excellent analytical skills Excellent English language written and oral communication skills High commercial acumen, critical thinking, sound judgment, tact, diplomacy and ability to resolve issues Solid interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships Cold calling skills Demonstrated expertise in all phases of proposal development Excellent negotiation skillsWe would like to thank everyone for their application; however, only those being considered for an interview will be contacted.
