Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator for post-sales support! This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in Newport News, VA or Chico, CA, in accordance with company policy.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing the purchasing, maintenance, and delivery timelines for ordersProactively communicate order status via phone and emailPrioritize and complete work in order from high priority to low priorityHelp improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders

QualificationsPrior sales and/or customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookResults oriented and service mindedStrong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalismAbility to learn quickly and multi-task as well organize and prioritize workAbility to effectively communicate both verbally and in writingContinued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practicesThe ability to thrive in an inclusive environmentExperience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$15.00 - $23.79

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
