What We Need:
iHeartMedia's Strategic Partnerships Sales team is dedicated to developing partnerships with key accounts to drive revenue across iHeart’s core assets – Podcasting, Digital Streaming, Broadcast Radio, and Events. The goal of this role is to work closely with the members of the East coast sales team (based on NYC) to support their day-to-day efforts to drive revenue from accounts across categories including Retail, CPG, Auto, Finance, Insurance, and Beauty. The role will be part of a team focused on building and fostering relationships with clients as well as senior level agency leads in Strategy and Investment. The ideal candidate to support the Strategic Partnership team is someone who is detailed oriented, an excellent communicator, and a quick learner.
What You'll Do:
Supporting sales administration, generating sales-related reports as a member of the Strategic Partnerships team
Providing administrative and/or process support for meetings, presentations, and client communication
Assisting with product pricing, sales development, sales material creation, marketing communications, sponsorship proposals & recaps
Generating contract confirmations, reports related to sales activities & revenue data
Responding to client requests
Handling contracts, helping to prepare and set-up decks and presentations, and managing lists related to industry events
Managing Salesforce Activity where there are sales team accounts
Maintaining and updating key account contacts for iHeart event and program invitations
Working with sales leads to gather status updates on accounts and highlighting next steps
Be a resource for team members, sharing the latest account news/trends, creative examples, and updated marketing materials
What You'll Need:
3+ years of Project Management or Client Relationship experience
Media industry experience required
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Solution-oriented
Strong project and portfolio management skills
Extremely detail-oriented
Strong analytical skills
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
What You'll Bring:

Ability to work within prescribed guidelines without needing close supervision

Compensation:
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
