Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator is an entry-level role designed to support the sales team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent customer service. As the first point of contact for customers, this position focuses on connecting clients to the appropriate team members, handling basic inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role provides valuable exposure to sales processes, customer engagement, and operational coordination.
Essential Functions

Act as the first point of contact for incoming sales calls, assisting customers directly or routing them to the appropriate department.Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, ensuring a positive and professional experience.Provide quick price quotes for small items such as parts and openers over the phone.Assist the Warehouse Specialist with basic Parts Counter sales when needed.Track and report weekly updates on web and phone sales leads to the Vice President of Sales.Schedule appointments for residential sales representatives and maintain the residential sales calendar.Provide general administrative support to the sales team to enhance organization and efficiency.Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High School graduation or equivalent is required. Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred. Experience in sales or sales coordination is a plus but not required.
