Moduline Industries, a leader in modular home manufacturing, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the sales process, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. Key Responsibilities:\n\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships with contact via phone and email.\nServe as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to products, processes, home shipments, and availability.\nProcess quotes, orders, financing requests, and invoices with accuracy and efficiency.\nCollaborate with the drafting department and clients to facilitate floor plan requests and troubleshoot design layouts.\nCoordinate production, purchasing, drafting, and quality control (QC) teams to ensure all aspects of home orders and floor plans are precise and production-ready ahead of scheduling.\nPerform data entry, maintain & create spreadsheets, manage databases, and generate reports to support sales operations.\nConduct final sales walk inspections of homes to ensure quality and accuracy before delivery.\nAssist with photography and documentation of homes, features, and available options.\nMaintain accurate product documentation across internal and client-accessed databases.\nManage special projects to support sales and business development initiatives.\nUpdate and maintain procedures and process manuals to ensure tasks and instructions remain current.\n\n

Requirements:\n
\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage interruptions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.\nHigh attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.\nStrong time management skills to transition effectively between diverse responsibilities.\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, internal teams, and production staff.\nExperience with business management software or Salesforce is an asset.\nComfortable working in both office and production\/construction environments (e.g., sales walk inspections).\nGeneral knowledge of construction processes and terminology is an asset.\nA proactive, hands-on approach with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.\nFlexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.\nA team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.\n
