Proclinical is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and BU Lead in organizing meetings, training sessions, and onboarding new team members. This role focuses on coordinating local educational events, managing contracts, processing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. You will be a key contact for the sales team, providing essential operational and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the BU Lead and sales teamOrganize sales meetings and training sessions, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and itinerary planningCoordinate onboarding processes for new team members and liaise with other departmentsAssist in organizing educational events and sponsorships, ensuring proper contract managementDistribute requested materials to the sales teamOversee contract administration, invoice processing, and compliance with internal proceduresManage budget-related tasks for field force activitiesProvide general office support and assist other departments as needed

Key Skills and Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as an Assistant, preferably in the pharmaceutical industryExcellent communication skills in German & EnglishProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAPStrong service orientation with the ability to work efficiently under pressureAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlinesHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ethical responsibilityProactive, motivated, and adaptable mindset
