We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Gaborone, Botswana. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Provide administrative and service support to the sales teamRespond promptly to new business leads and follow up with existing clients for repeat businessEnter bookings into the system and track sales progressConvert inquiries into confirmed business through effective follow-upCoordinate the delivery of client requests and ensure customer satisfactionCollaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectivesMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM systemAssist in preparing sales reports and presentationsStay informed about the company's products, services, and competitive landscapeParticipate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes
