Sales Coordinator (Full Time) - St. Hubert, QC
Primary Purpose
Reporting to the GSM, this position works in collaboration with Territory Managers, Orders Department, and GSM directly to ensure the sales processes within the team are effective and efficient. The successful candidate will be the "point of contact" for the sales team in the subdivision. Functions include, but are not limited to, preparing sales reports, assisting territory managers with digital tools (CRM), implementing pricing initiatives and coordination of bids and tenders.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for maintaining an efficient and compliant sales process within the GSMs portfolioEnsure proper management of pricing actionsEnsure proper management of customer PSAsEnd of day, week, and month reports and processes (Sales reports, SOX reports, open orders, work bench,etc)Develops and analyzes sales reports to guide GSM in decision making processHelps classify customers in the region to ensure they are properly managedMain ‘point of contact’ for digital sales tools, including CRM, customer retention tool, e-comm, etc.Provide assistance to the Territory Manager(s) for preparing quotations and coordinating Bids and Tenders
