As part of our Sales Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes while also providing hands-on support during group check-ins. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing room blocks, adding traces, ensuring group guests are ready to check in, and assisting with morning shifts at the front desk. If you enjoy talking to people and making connections, you’ll love this role!

This position is perfect for someone who is looking to learn and grow. You’ll gain experience with Hyatt's reservation and billing systems. 

What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinate Group Check-ins: Oversee room blocks, finalize bookings, and ensure rooming lists and payments are complete. Morning Front Desk Assistance: Greet guests, assist with check-ins, and ensure group members are well taken care of. Your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for their stay! Sales Support: Handle administrative tasks like receiving phone calls, processing contracts, Supporting our sales Management Teams.  Respond to Reviews: Help manage guest feedback by responding to reviews when needed, ensuring we stay connected with our guests and provide excellent service. Communication & Admin Support: Answer calls and emails, forward inquiries and questions to the sales management team, and assist with administrative tasks to support the team. Collaborate Across Departments: Build strong relationships with colleagues, agents, and customers to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service. Learn and Grow: Dive into the world of sales with hands-on training while developing your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. What We’re Looking For: A Sales Coordinator with experience using Hyatt reservation systems (Opera) and billing systems. A big personality who loves interacting with people and engaging with group members at the front desk. Someone who’s open to learning and growing their sales knowledge while supporting the team and providing exceptional service. Familiarity with Hyatt policies and procedures is helpful, but not required—we’ll teach you the ropes. A team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude.
