Sales Coordinator - Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown

As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities. The role involves coordinating with clients, assisting with contracts, maintaining sales database and supporting event planning. Your key responsibilities to assist Sales Managers in preparing proposals, contracts and reports, maintain accurate records in the sales database, coordinate client meetings, site visits and follow ups, respond to customer inquiries and provide information about hotel services, support the execution of sales events and promotional activities, communicate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met, prepare sales presentation as needed and track sales performance metric.

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management, Event Planning, Business Administration.
• A minimum of 2 years in event planning or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
