Sales Coordinator I

RX is one of the world’s leading event producers and is part of RELX Group.

The successful candidate will be providing day-to-day operational support to internal customers. This role partners closely with the Business Analyst, Head of Sales, Sales Supervisors, Sales Coach and Sales Executives to drive greater efficiencies with processes, reporting, tools, etc to improve service and sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

To complete documented admin tasks supporting the Supervisors, HOS, Business Analyst To co-ordinate distribution of leads to team members.Data deduplication Validation of sales claims for delegate/ticket salesGenerate routine reporting and run standard queries  Weekly / Monthly running of attendance reportTo produce a list of weekly & monthly tasks to be completedGenerate sales team tracking/campaign reportingGenerating generic sales report in the absence of the business analystProviding general administrative assistance to the sales team

Ideal candidate profile:

Bachelor's degree holder2 years working experience as a sales coordinator, or a similar role.Knowledge in CRM Tools/SalesforceExtensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel Proficient in other MS office toolsStrong team player and the ability to work under pressureStrong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work unsupervised and manage time and multiple priorities effectivelyRequires basic attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify problem areas when reviewing numeric information, to see patterns, trends or missing pieces, identify the similarities in current/past scenarios, and question inconsistencies to determine proper resolution Requires effective verbal and written communication skills to partner with functional areas, conduct tasks via the telephone, through e-mails and various written documents.High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail
