Overview of Role
\nA Sales Coordinator with Conrad Hotels and Resorts will assist and contribute to management of accounts and provide administrative support for the development of new business under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales, Assistant Director of Sales and Senior Sales Manager, in coordination with the Commercial Director.

\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nFully support administrative, customer service and sales lead development for future and repeat business\nAssist to handle enquiries\nResponsible for initiating the preparation of corporate/tours & travel contracts, proposals, opening files and proforma invoices\nTo advise prospective customers primarily of the hotel guest rooms and meeting room and/or banquet date, space and rate availability\nMaximize all guest rooms, meeting rooms revenue opportunities\nCold Calling / Telemarketing\nAccurate data entry of Corporate Account Production Report, RFP progress tracking, group and meeting enquiries using Delphi FDC\nEnsure proper rate loading entry standards to be reflected in various booking engines.\nPrepare monthly production reports/update in individual accounts or respective recipients\nRaise and preparations of e-vouchers (complimentary stays, sponsorships, voucher sale etc)\nPrepare sales kits and ensure proper show rooms ready for site inspections\nAssist Assistant Director of Sales/ Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Manager on preparation of reports/collateral/data input for overseas tradeshow/and or sales calls\nAttends scheduled meeting to support business operations, such as daily morning briefings, weekly sales departmental meeting, group pick up meeting and take minutes on rotational basis/ when required\nAssists with special projects assigned by the management\nMaintain a high degree of confidentiality on department’s classified information. Understand the Code of Conduct Policy, Global Anti-Trust and Information Security and Privacy Training\nParticipation in departmental communication meetings and nominate training session and take responsibility for personal development\nEnsure telephone coverage in the office at all times and assist any incoming calls from internal and external guests with their requests promptly\nKeep work area clean and organized\\\nWork effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the other departments (eg, Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance, F&B etc)\nPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by the management\nWhat are we looking for?
