If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator (Permanent Work from home) to join our Marketing team in Manila. As part of our Go-to-Market team, you'll be managing sales documents, planning with the team to meet targets, ensuring smooth operations across departments, analysing sales data for insights, and supporting the sales team with admin tasks. If you’re an organised, ambitious, and smart go-getter who’s ready for an exciting role in a fast-paced, growing company, this is the role for you!

What you’ll be doing: Identify and qualify potential customers for our global sales and sales development teams Build out our Total Addressable Market (TAM) with detailed business and contact information Create lists of prospects that match our Ideal Customer Profile Update and enhance existing business and contact information in the CRM Master the CRM and ensure data accuracy Compile data and create insightful reports with visualisation tools to aid business decisions Assist the Leadership team with occasional administrative tasks

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

Previous experience in a busy administrative or customer service job Excellent time management and organization skills Outstanding communication skills Prior retail experience is a bonus but not needed!

Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
