Sales Coordinator/Project Manager
Job Title: Sales Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role involves assisting with the Japanese market and other clients in the US and Mexico. You will act as a liaison between customers and Account Managers, track RFQs, update sales reports, and communicate with overseas affiliates via email and phone. Additional responsibilities include light office administration. Responsibilities + Phone and e-mail correspondence with Tier 1 and 2 customers. + Investigate and respond to RFQs. + Follow up and assist with securing new business. + Account set up and contract review. + Track RFQs and update sales reports. + Communicate with overseas affiliates via email and phone. + Assist Account Managers as needed.
