We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team at Signia San Jose. If you possess strong organizational skills, enjoy supporting multiple team members, and have a natural ability to multitask, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

\n\nProvide administrative support to the sales team\nCoordinate schedules, meetings, and client communications\nTrack and manage sales data, reports, and documentation\nAssist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials\nFoster a positive and efficient team environment\nClerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding,\nAnswering telephones, \nProcessing mail\nTaking notes and/or dictation, \nMaking travel arrangements \nPerforming other general office duties as needed.\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\nExceptional organizational and time-management skills\nStrong communication and interpersonal abilities\nAbility to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\nExperience in sales or administration \nPrevious hotel experience preferred but not required\n\n
