Responsibilities Achieve established marketing goals.Receive inquiries, schedule and conduct tours with prospective residents and be able to close sales leading to move-ins.Input and maintain the marketing database. Conduct follow-up using phone calls, e-mail, letters, cards, and the distribution of marketing materials.Evaluate prospective residents for financial eligibility and suitability for Independent Living or Assisted Living while strictly adhering to Fair Housing Standards.Assist with events for both in-house residents and marketing to prospects.Engage in outside community marketing strategies.Meet requirements of regulatory agencies.Submit reports as requested by the supervisor, Vice President of Operations, or Christian Care Management.Uphold the confidentiality of resident information in full compliance with HIPAA regulations.Actively promote Christian Care & Fellowship Square to the public; be well versed in the full continuum of care offered on the Surprise campus.Other duties as directed by the supervisor or the Vice President of Operations. Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age and of good moral character.High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.A proven record of success in sales or leasing with the ability to prepare and execute presentations effectively. Make independent decisions when circumstance warrants and remain calm during emergencies.Excellent people skills, communication skills and phone etiquette.Know the competition and demographics in the surrounding area.Working knowledge of administrative practices, procedures and guidelines.Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, communication, and follow-up while managing multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to organize and manage time efficiently.Ability to minimize waste of supplies, misuse of equipment, etc.Computer literate with a minimum of 20–30 words per minute word processing.Articulate clearly and precisely effectively communicating orally or in writing using the English language.Ability to effectively handle stress, multiple tasks, noises, interruptions; work cooperatively as a staff member and maintain a pleasant personality.Benefits:
