What you’ll be doing: Building relationships with qualified prospective residents, help guide them through the sales process, find creative ways to overcome objections through mutual discovery and agreement and ultimately lead prospective residents to secure residency in the community How you’ll do it: Uphold PRS Core Values—excellence, innovation, integrity, stewardship, compassion, and collaboration—by ensuring they are ingrained into every aspect of your role and interactions. Sell using a relationship-based sales process by conducting thorough discovery, listening to qualified prospective residents' needs, wants, and concerns, and tailoring your approach to their unique personalities and buying styles for a personalized sales experience. Contribute to community census growth by qualifying leads, managing a pipeline of prospective residents, conducting sales activities, recording detailed notes in CRM software, receiving deposits, and ensuring a seamless move-in process for new residents. Maintain awareness of competition and market trends by monitoring external factors that influence prospective residents' decisions and applying this knowledge practically in daily sales efforts, while documenting and communicating resident feedback to enhance decision-making and future strategies. Collaborate with team members and participate in development by engaging in one-on-one sales meetings, ongoing coaching, professional skills training, and suggesting product improvements based on customer feedback and industry trends. Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 / hr DOE About you: Minimum of 1 year's experience in sales or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred. Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing sales support to key stakeholders. Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office programs, customer relationship management software and social media platforms. Minimum of 45wpm typing, outstanding phone skills and knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
