Your Key Responsibilities Responsible for overall child parts procurement (CRS) including Domestic and imports parts from

Various countries as per Production requirements

Responsible for Schedules update in SAP and EDI schedules releases to all suppliers through SUPPLY ON System based on Customer demand Daily material follow-up with all suppliers to avoid the inhouse line stoppage and customer line stoppage Responsible for organizing pick up of the consignment from import supplier by using approved forwarder and reduction of premium freights. Maintain Inventory levels to defined Targets. -(Inventory Value and DOH).  Actively support to Demand Planning team to have smooth supplies to customer. Responsible for ASN creation to imports and Domestic suppliers’ parts for ensuring the correct demand releasing to the suppliers. Supports Project management /Product Design/Sales for NPD and ECN change execution on new projects. Responsible for approaching 8D report to the supplier when the part had discrepancy like (Shortage, Excess, invoice received with wrong material, invoice received without material) Monitoring monthly Supplier delivery performance and validation based on supplies and quality issues. Your Qualifications SAP – ERP, Hana and Supply On and 5 years Experience PR to PO Process P2P Process
