This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Sales Data Analyst:

The Sales Insights and Analytics team at RingCentral is looking for a Sales Data Analyst who will be responsible for working across multiple departments to support business process implementation and redesign initiatives that optimize operations in reviewing Sales Accounts data in the organization. 

Update Data in Salesforce. This analyst will start primarily conducting ad hoc or batch updates on the accounts in Salesforce that will adhere to the Sales Rules of Engagement within the organization.  Perform ETL process to update data in Salesforce

Project Management. This role requires project management skills and the ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams. 

Collaboration and Partnership. With enough understanding of the business operations, the analyst will collaborate with leaders across different departments to create requirements in improving.  Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams – build relationships, prioritize tasks, achieve milestones 

Review Sales Data. Review existing sales data to ensure integrity and accuracy, and manage data (extract, review, update) using various tools.

Business Analysis. Perform business process analysis and improvements on current rules/policies to define sales data/accounts and oversee their updates.

Process Documentation. Develop and document process workflows that will improve team efficiency and ensure data accuracy

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:  

Translating business rules and processes in an easy to understand visual workflow

At least 2 years of experience in business process design, and documentation, or similar work experience

At least 2 years experience as a Systems Analysis or Configuration Analyst

Familiarity/working knowledge of Python and SQL

Desired Qualifications: 

Experience in handling sales data via Salesforce 

Communication Skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills

Critical Thinking and Presentation Skills. Ability to assemble, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help counsel decisions. 

Experience in using systems/tools. Hands-on experience with utilizing CRM and business intelligence tools, such as Hadoop, Salesforce and Tableau.

Microsoft Proficiency Skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

Salesforce Reporting skills. In depth knowledge of Salesforce reporting

Shift. Willing to work on night shift

Work set-up. Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
