What this role will be doing:
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and marketing data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. Collaborate with the entire sales organization to leverage data insights for process improvements and performance optimization, supporting both individual contributors and sales leadership. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing initiatives. Conduct detailed analyses of customer data, sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness. Work closely with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement, provide actionable recommendations, and implement data-driven solutions. Assist in the development and refinement of sales forecasts, territory planning, and sales strategy execution. Support cross-functional projects, using data to inform revenue-generating decisions and initiatives. Maintain data integrity within sales and marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information used for analysis. Utilize statistical techniques to conduct predictive modeling and forecast future sales trends and performance outcomes. Leverage evolving AI tools and methodologies to scale data analysis efforts and increase the speed of actionable insights. Conduct all business in accordance with Intradiem’s policies and procedures. Perform all other duties as assigned.What this role needs to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in sales data analysis or revenue operations required. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and familiarity with CRM systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently under minimal supervision. A team player with strong collaboration skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in analytical tools and techniques, with the ability to draw accurate conclusions from sales data. Well-organized, self-starter who is able to prioritize, multitask, and adhere to deadlines. Ability to collaborate across functions to implement various recommendations and action items. Ability to connect and implement key themes and concepts across seemingly independent projects.
