**_Purpose of Role_**
The purpose of the On Trade Development Analyst is to support the On Trade Development Manager in driving brand growth, market penetration, and profitability within the On Trade channel. The Analyst plays a meaningful role in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data that advises decision-making and optimizes execution strategies.
This role is vital in translating data into insights that guide the success of On Trade initiatives, supporting a seamless connection between commercial operations and marketing strategies.
_Key Functional Responsibilities_
+ Assist in the measurement and tracking of execution metrics for critical metrics assessment.
+ Analyze data related to **MPA, Visibility, and Priority Brand** .
+ Help track and measure critical metrics for incentive payment calculation based on execution performance.
+ Monitor and report weekly on the performance and execution of the On Trade channel.
+ Assist in analyzing and understanding the On Trade channel structure for proper customer base management.
+ Provide support to On Trade commercial team and process manual clarifications about visits on field.
_Key Leadership Responsibilities_
+ Ensure the accurate collection and analysis of execution data, ensuring all reports are reliable and on time.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to support On Trade strategies.
+ Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement in execution processes and support their optimization.
+ Be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with On Trade executives.
_Qualifications & Experience Required_
+ Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI (desirable)
+ +1 year of experience in Sales, Administration, or Analysis Roles.
+ Consistent track record of working with execution metrics and performance indicators
+ Ability to move between strategy and execution.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
+ A driven self-starter, passionate about winning and implementing brilliantly.
