If you turn out to be a superstar, we’ll support your progression with loads of progression opportunities **Degree:** + BA Hons Business Management **University:** + Kent University **Work and Study Split:** + You will typically spend 2/3 days a week based at our Uxbridge office + 2/3 days a week at home + 1 day per week for study / at university **Routes for progression post Apprenticeship completion:** + Towards the end of your apprenticeship the business will support you to apply for any suitable vacant roles in order to progress your career within Mondelez International. **Starting Date** + Our Apprenticeship programs start every September, and for this role you would start September 2025. **Duration** + Your Apprenticeship will be in line with your education, expected to be 3 years depending on the modules you study. **Education / Certifications:** + First off, you’ll need a good academic background. This will need to include five GCSEs grades A*- C or equivalent 9 to 5 number grades, including Math’s and English.
