Position Type: Temp-to-Perm | On-Site

Compensation: Starting at $40k +PLUS (base) + opportunities for commission

Qualifications:

Graduates with a degree in design or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.No prior experience required; training provided.Looking for candidates who are eager to learn, ambitious, and ready to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in the showroom, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.Learn the product catalog in-depth to effectively market and sell offerings.Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including opening and closing the store.
