Sales Developer Representative

SDR Manager will assist in driving revenue growth by filling top-of-funnel sales pipeline with qualified leads. This individual will be responsible for working within a Sales Development team to achieve both personal and team sales goals for their assigned Territory or Region.

As a successful Sales Development Representative Manager you will be expected to:

Own and be responsible for building pipeline for assigned WeWork territories

Own the sales process: contact identification, lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification

Work in close collaboration with Account Executives to develop and nurture leads through the sales process

Work with automation platforms to efficiently input and track data

Be a creative thinker who looks outside the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets

Execute strategy and process implemented by Head of Leasing

Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects

Experience and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

At least 4-5 years of experience within a Sales team

Track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing are highly desirable

Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM – Salesforce experience highly desirable

Demonstrated experience in prospecting, developing sales

Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable

Experience working on a team and owning a team player mentality

Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills

Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
