We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative Director to lead our dynamic SDR team in Mexico that serves the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market. The SDR Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SDR team, ensuring that team members are effectively identifying and qualifying leads, and ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Location: Ideally located in our hub office in Frisco, TX, but would consider remote candidates.
About the Role:

Lead and manage a team of managers of Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s customer baseMonitor and evaluate the team’s performance, providing coaching and mentorship to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align the SDR strategy with broader company objectives.Create and maintain a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.Utilize Salesforce to manage team performanceProvide detailed analysis to inform management decisions.Develop training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.Work closely with HR to recruit high-caliber SDRs and ensure the team is fully staffed.Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the SDR team is on board to support marketing and sales efforts.About You:
You're a fit for the role if you have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceA minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within a fast-paced tech or B2B environment.Must have the ability to travel to Mexico City on a regular basis (typically once a month)Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment.Executive presence and ability to manage multiple leaders' expectations#LI-TK1
