If so, let's start the conversation. **ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY** The **Digital Solution Executive** (SE) is a critical player within Iron Mountain’s Digital Business Unit, bringing expert knowledge of digital solutions to enterprise accounts. This role is responsible for driving sales within a defined customer segment, focusing on Iron Mountain’s suite of digital offerings, including digitization services, intelligent document processing, information governance, cloud solutions, and more. As the subject matter expert, the SE collaborates with IRM sales teams and interfaces with senior-level stakeholders, guiding customers in achieving their digital transformation goals. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Collaborate with Iron Mountain sales teams to support the full deal lifecycle, from pipeline creation and solution design to account planning. + Assess customer digital needs and proactively identify opportunities to expand, upsell, and cross-sell IRM’s digital solutions. + Develop and implement tailored strategies and business plans based on a deep understanding of the customer’s business model and goals. + Coordinate deal logistics, approvals, and communication across sales, operations, legal, and professional services teams. + Employ storytelling and data-driven analyses to translate customer requirements into comprehensive solutions. + Work closely with Solution Architects to qualify and position IRM’s digital offerings, emphasizing strengths and competitive advantages. + Lead negotiations to ensure profitable, on-time deal closures, maximizing value for both IRM and the customer. + Influence RFP development to best position IRM’s solutions and lead proposal responses when necessary. + Engage in industry associations, attend conferences, and contribute to whitepapers to increase IRM’s presence and stay current on market trends. + Continuously educate and update knowledge on best practices and developments in enterprise digital transformation. **YOUR QUALIFICATIONS** + Strong background in enterprise digital transformation solutions, including digitization, automation, cloud migration, and information governance. + Experience in direct sales, particularly within large, complex service-based organizations. + Proven ability to develop solution requirements and create compelling value propositions based on customer needs. + Exceptional problem-solving skills, data-driven analytical mindset, and experience with strategic selling methodologies. + Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, with strong interpersonal and business acumen. + Growth-focused, customer-centric mindset with experience in executive-level engagement and account management. + Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Bachelor's degree and experience in meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar quota goals. + Knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Content Service Platform (CSP) solutions preferred. + English proficiency is required \#LI-TV1 Category: Sales Iron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
