Implementation and supervision of training sessions and performance of the sales team to determine and design training, improve the effectiveness of training, and promote and guide sales skills.
Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing written empowerment and sales training programs to improve the level of knowledge and maintain and improve the performance of the sales team.Identifying the training needs of sales team employees by conducting evaluations and analyzing sales performance criteria.Updating educational activities (including attendance, evaluations, and course completion rate), to document the information infrastructure and prepare reports.Carrying out projects to meet the identified needs of the sales team to improve the effectiveness of the team.Holding training courses to update and retrain the technical sales team when a new product is added.Identifying educational content and gaps and creating educational solutions to strengthen educational concepts and ensure the application of content in sales situations.Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and their continuous improvement, through evaluation of courses, and feedback sessions to improve courses and content quality.Preparing reports on the effectiveness of training programs and the performance of the unit to be presented to the relevant manager.Holding periodic meetings and continuously sharing the content of training courses with sales managers to identify future training and job needs.
