Are you a communicative, positive, and open person who enjoys building relationships and negotiating? We’re looking for a Sales Development Intern to help us find new business opportunities and reach out to potential clients. If you're eager to learn and ready for an exciting challenge, this role is perfect for you! 

What you’ll do: 

Identify and cultivate brand new leads and opportunities through various channels such as phone calls, emails, chats, networking (including social media like LinkedIn), and campaigns. Develop and manage a sales pipeline of interested prospects and qualified leads. Promote business solutions based on our products and services. Finalize and secure meetings, following up on client requests. Collaborate closely with other members of the Sales Team daily to organize business events (conferences, workshops, webinars, etc.) and qualify prospects. 

Qualifications

What we’re looking for: 

Being 2-3 year Student  Availability to work min 20 hours per weekA commitment to developing your professional career in sales, with some related experience (e.g., call center, customer service, lead generation, face-to-face sales). Strong communication skills in both Polish and English, demonstrating clear communication through email, phone, and direct contact. A strong ability to quickly grasp information about software storage products, features, and technologies. Persistence and motivation to make a high volume of phone calls and emails daily. The ability to convincingly articulate your ideas to others. A well-organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks. An open-minded and positive attitude towards business partners and colleagues. The ability to navigate setbacks, manage stress, and maintain focus during challenging situations. Proficiency with MS Office tools and CRM systems along with familiarity with LinkedIn tools. 

It would be an advantage if you also have: 

Knowledge of the B2B IT/software market. A professional sales approach with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. A demonstrated track record of successfully achieving KPIs for software services.
