**Job Description:**
Illinois Tool Works (ITW) is a Fortune 200 diversified manufacturing company with seven decentralized business segments. Hobart Food Machines, a division of ITW Food Equipment Group, is seeking a Sales Development Manager to help grow the Hobart and Berkel brands in the commercial food preparation market. The business is headquartered in Troy, Ohio, 20 minutes north of the Dayton metropolitan area and the candidate can live anywhere in the U.S.
This leadership position drives sales penetration through influence of a nationwide, distinguished field selling organization in Food Machines. In this position you will target key National and Distributor accounts and develop action plans to grow share and meet planned sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Strategize in developing and delivering revenue and margin targets to maximize organic, incremental growth for the business. This includes pricing and programming strategy.
+ Collaborate and participate in quarterly reviews with targeted key customers by reviewing KPIs and defining account opportunities to maximize share growth.
+ Segment customer growth opportunities, finding the best fit for the business (Target Key products and customers)
+ Influence manufacturing, engineering, sales, service, marketing and administration groups to holistically position the business for increased sales volumes and margins.
+ Be the subject matter expert (SME) to the customer and account manager and bring in key resources (engineering, quality, etc.) as required to manage the selling process and product rollouts.
+ Developing and delivering product presentations to customers.
+ Technical product expert and the ability to train others on products through presentations and hands-on experience.
**Must Haves:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree with relevant work experience
+ At least 5-7 years of experience in selling and/or marketing products in a business-to-business marketplace
+ Ability to interact, communicate, present and sell to customers at all levels of the organization
+ Ability to develop sales, marketing and pricing strategies
+ Capacity to comprehend and communicate compelling value propositions
+ Proven track record of successful sales execution
+ Willingness to travel up to 50%
