Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Develop the BU business in Italy, Turkey and Middle-East (Products, Regions, Target Accounts), in alignment with the company strategy, collaborating with Sales and the BU Organization. Develop and execute customer strategies in collaboration with Sales, aligned with company goals and regional targets. Support the creation and application of value-selling tools and materials, including technical and commercial value propositions. Perform price evaluations for target accounts, act as a backup for the Pricing Specialist, and manage special pricing approval processes. Collaborate with Sales to deliver training and share business unit updates, including technical and commercial content. Support Product Development, especially in the front-end and launch phases, by gathering voice-of-customer input and supporting market introductions. Drive win/loss analysis and documentation in Salesforce and analyze organizational metrics and market feedback. Background & Skills Academic background in mechanical, electrical, business management, or equivalent field. At least 5 years of previous experience in similar roles, gained in structured environments, with a particular focus on off-highway mobile machines and electronics. Ability to identify customer needs, build relationships, and close deals. Skilled in value-based selling and strategic account development Knowledge and experience in using CRM tools to document customer information, needs, and product/service requests. Experience in using tools to create business performance reports, as well as preparing reports and presentations for customers using Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work with the Sales team to identify and capitalize on customer opportunities, managing price evaluations for target accounts and collaborating with Sales and BU to manage win/loss ratios. Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English, written and spoken. Willingness to travel (approx. 30%), mostly in Italy and Turkey and occasional travel within Europe.
