Sales Development Manager
Job Description

The SDM will actively drive Sales Development for Editron business in India in cooperation with the Sales Teams and BU Organizations. In the role, technical and commercial expertise come together with strategic initiatives and enable the SDM to support our business.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

Conduct data analysis for potential focus application, define segmentation with priority. Drive system value proposition assumption for Editron Focus Application Develop and support win plan as project manager for Focus Application, drive results as expected; Develop product sales strategy including 4P (Product, Place, Promotion and Price) for hotspot Involve directly in sales activities for the Focus Application (target customer) where necessary. Support Development, Sharing and Application of Value Selling materials and tools. Including creating value propositions for products and solutions together with PAE and PMM. (technical and commercial)                                   Track key opportunity progress and initiate actions to secure new win target. Work with BU leaders on price excellence, provides input on acceptable price levels with clear value propostion vs competitors, responsible for price strategy execution Support PMM for business case, PDP process and product launch plan,  responsible for product launch to market acitivity execution. Coordinate resources to achieve BU sales targets and SQDC (safety-quality-delivery-cost) targets; Provide recommendations and inputs on BU sales planning         Work with Sales to share Editron updates and conduct trainings together with PAEs on technical and commercial topics. (Support Sales Meetings…)  Support and Organize Technology Days at customer site and demonstrate DPS capabilities to customers with the goal to win business. Guide Sales and the Customer to solutions fitting the company strategies and capabilities. Background & Skills

Experience - 8-10 years

Education - Bachelor degree in electric/automobile /mechanical engineering

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.                                     

Good at communicating with people,and capable of working under pressure. Ability to work with customers: Identify needs, build relationship, closing the deal. With strong English reading and writing skills, fluent in oral English Customer relationship management - key tool in Sales to document customer information, needs and run requests for products, services, pricing etc. Tools to run reports on overall business performance.                   Working with Excel and Power Point on reports and customer presentation material.  Employee Benefits
