Sales Development Manager

•      Develop a holistic solution to manage progressive SBDP Electronics in global scope together with different ZEISS IQS stakeholders 

•      Develop and execute a roadmap with respect to comprehensive electronics application or value chain solutions including technologies, business and operating model via leveraging existing products and competences.

•      Compeititive landscape survey. Benchamarking with competitors solution offering, GTM, channel strategy, and regional coverage to drive the enhancement of IQS Electronics market competency.

•      Set up the direction for profitable commercialization activities within SBDP internally to come out an aligned proposal for global prioritization.

•      Co-work with global key account management team to map out Zeiss value proposition and support on completing the global account plan.

•      Partner with Application team to identify focused market segments, value chain customer cluster, and prioritize the IQS focus on sales and application resources investment in Electronics industry.

•      Cooperate with regional sales in each focused regions/countries for sharing market knowledge and closed loop feedback from regional teams to optimize SBDP Electronics GTM model.

•      Engage with global and local leadership on regional coverage progress in Electroncis applications.

•      Report to global and local leadership frequently to ensure project is on track

•      Deal with a dynamic environment and/or changing priorities

•      Embed an open-minded culture of transparency, meaningful metrics and performance awareness to set the platform for future growth

 

Develop holistic approach/business models for SBDP Electonics market development management, coordinator with different IQS stakeholders and leverage existing competencies and to create market and value chain analysis in electronics; conduct regional sales engagement; and design GTM strategy.
