What you will do:

You will drive new sales from both existing and new customers, focusing on Engines/Nacelles and Business/Regional Jets.You will transform customer needs into tailored recommendations for Hexcel products.You will develop and execute innovative growth strategies that leverage multiple Hexcel product lines.You will use advanced forecasting tools to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.You will prepare compelling proposals to strengthen our competitive edge.You will collaborate across teams to optimize pursuit strategies and enhance customer value.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, chemical, or mechanical engineering with 7+ years of sales experience in a technical field, ideally within the aerospace composite materials community.Strong technical knowledge of composite materials and proven sales experience.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with a talent for crafting persuasive business proposals.A proactive self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about exploring new opportunities.Willingness to travel up to 50% (mostly domestic, some international).
