\nWhy does this role exist? The Sales Development Manager position is crucial for empowering and developing the platform's network of freelance sales representatives. This role exists to ensure that new users are effectively onboarded, trained, and supported to maximize their success on the platform. By nurturing top-performing sales talent, this position directly contributes to the company's mission of broadening consumer access to quality products.
The Impact you'll makeOutreach and Demonstration\nConduct high-volume outbound calls to new sales reps\nShowcase products and sales strategies effectively\nEngage potential users and drive platform adoption\nPerformance Monitoring and Evaluation\nTrack and assess new user performance metrics\nProvide constructive feedback for improvement\nIdentify areas for additional support or training\nCross-functional Collaboration\nWork with other departments to align training initiatives\nContribute to the development of sales targets and strategies\nEnsure cohesion between training programs and business objectives\nOnboarding and Ongoing Support\nGuide new sales reps through the onboarding process\nOffer continuous coaching and mentorship\nAddress challenges and provide solutions to support rep success\n\n
What to expect...\n\nWork Schedule: \nMonday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST \n8 hours per day, 40 hours per week\nFull-time position: 5 days per week\n\n\nSalary range: $8 per hour ($1,280 per month)\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Qualifications:\n3+ years of sales experience, preferably in wholesale/retail FMCG industry\nProven track record in training and developing sales teams\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nExperience in managing and growing small-format, independent business relationships\nProficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools\n
