Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing US team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and building a robust sales pipeline for our financial technology solutions in the US market.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the financial services sectorConduct outreach to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social sellingResearch and map target accounts to identify key decision-makers and stakeholdersSchedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with prospective clientsMaintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systemAchieve and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targetsStay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and SBS's product offeringsCollaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaignsProvide feedback on prospect pain points to help refine sales messaging QualificationsRequirements
2-3 years of proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in fintech, banking software, or B2B SaaSDemonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of financial services industry and technology solutionsExcellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearlyProficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement toolsBachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be consideredSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
