Are you looking to join an industry-leading sales organization? Our New Business sales team is dedicated to partnering with organizations to address and solve complex risk problems.

About the Job:

SDRs help build qualified sales opportunities for our Field Sales teams. This role will be to prospect and develop additional business leads for our Sales Executives through, but not limited to outbound cold-calling efforts and email campaigns.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

Researching and building cold accounts (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling).Qualify prospects via phone and email, identifying key decision makers, and business pain points.Meeting a monthly quota of Sales Accepted Meetings.Transforming Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Opportunities, by educating, and challenging prospective buyers; not selling.Utilizing My CRM to record activities, route leads, and coordinate SAO management process.Demonstrating technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas that allows the Field Sales Executives to give effective presentations to potential customers.Providing amazing prospect and customer experiences.Sharing, learning, collaborating with team members and manager to develop strategies, improve execution, and ideas that drive great team results and success

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or equivalent experience.Possess organizational, prioritization, time management and forecasting skills.  Ability to promptly manage and respond to customer contacts. Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Position is eligible for base salary plus a variable component. Commissions uncapped.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Hawaii and Colorado: $50,000-50,000 USD

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Maryland and Washington: $50,000-50,000 USD

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for California and Washington DC: $50,000-50,000 USD

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for New York and New Jersey: $50,000-50,000 USD
