Carta’s Sales Development Representatives are the driving force of our upward trajectory. These reps launch targeted outreach campaigns to Venture Capital firms and leaders in the space daily in effort to streamline their fund's operations.
We pride ourselves on investing in our team and promoting from within. All SDR’s receive training on Carta software, private market finance, and VC operations along with ongoing training in consultative sales, client management, negotiation and sales operations.

About You Strong problem solving and communication skills Proven ability to execute in a fast paced, team environment with excellent time and task management skills Articulate, poised, and concise Customer-Facing Experience (direct prospecting experience is a plus) Track record of success in a lead generation role is a plus Experience in venture capital, private equity, institutional investing, or wealth management is a plus Proficient on SFDC and outreach Track record of success in a strategic lead generation role (is a must) Excellent time and task management skills Able to execute and present monthly strategic outbound approach to stake holders SalaryCarta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our expected cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:
$76,500 - base in New York, New YorkWe are hiring for multiple levels and locations, so final offers may vary from the amounts listed based on geography, experience and expertise, and other factors.
