Sales Development Representative
Description We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities within our Image & Print division. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a hunter mentality, eager to drive growth and build lasting relationships with clients in the Salt Lake Valley. Responsibilities: • Research and identify potential business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and online outreach. • Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads, converting them into viable sales prospects. • Develop and deliver tailored product and service presentations to meet the needs of potential customers. • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their challenges and offering customized solutions. • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed established targets. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to uncover new opportunities. • Utilize Salesforce to track progress and provide regular performance updates to the leadership team. • Stay informed about advancements in office technology to better position products and services. • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals. Requirements • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business development. • Ability to generate leads and prospect effectively, including cold-calling. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Strong goal orientation and a hunter mentality with a focus on achieving sales targets. • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity with office technology and market trends. • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
