What You’ll Work On As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Justworks, you'll play a critical role in expanding our B2B sales pipeline and driving revenue. + Own the full sales development process for both outbound and inbound leads. + Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and social media to connect with key decision-makers. + Drive top-of-funnel growth by initiating sales conversations and developing a strong top of funnel pipeline for Account Executives. + Use Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales tools to build prospect lists, craft messaging, execute outreach, and track your results. + Conduct value-driven conversations with prospects, focusing on their needs and how Justworks can solve their unique problems. + Master Justworks and the PEO industry, becoming an expert on market trends and competition. This isn't just about calling a list. It's about using various tools to find the right people at the right companies and understanding their business needs. + Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media. You should be ready to jump on the phone and engage with new people every day. + Communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics. You can break it down into simple terms people can understand. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus. This position is paid a base wage plus incentive compensation. The base wage range for this position is targeted at $29.81 - $29.81 in our New York City office, and competitive On-Target Earnings, inclusive of incentive compensation, of *$90,804.80 - $90,804.80.
