About the Role
WeWork is currently seeking an SDR. This full-time position is based in Mexico and will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for working with incoming Marketing Qualified Leads prospects and also for contacting potential clients through prospecting activities from a quarterly strategy. While also, helping to execute and achieve team sales goals. Our team is on the front lines of the sales process, which is why we need individuals who understand and are passionate about the WeWork experience.
Responsibilities:
Own the entire WeWork LATAM market from a lead generation and sales perspective.
Qualify, and nurture leads through the sales cycle resulting in desks, events and sold memberships.
Carry out processes implemented locally and from the global direction.
Contact, prospect, and fully understand potential industries for desks lead and pipeline generation.
Identify main pain points among qualified leads & industries to align the strategy
Provide regular updates and feedback to your team about market trends and behaviors.
Analyse data to help improve sales processes and strategy
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
Schedule a high volume of customer appointments from prospecting and inbound tasks, according to established processes.
Coordinate/calibrate with your inbound, marketing and leasing team to increase lead-generation efforts.
Work with the Sales Development team to achieve team goals.
Work with automation platforms to efficiently input and track data (SalesLoft, SalesForce,etc).
Own the inbound sales process: lead qualification, client prospecting, opportunity identification, Marketing qualified leads conversion, and follow-up.
Be a creative thinker who looks outside the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets.
Attend sales meetings for your market and provide sales solutions for how the team can support those local team's efforts.
Be a jack of all trades: you will do anything needed to support the Sales Development and Leasing team in order to achieve team goals and bring quality through your lead generation
Execute strategy and processes implemented by the functional Manager (Inside Sales Manager) and Head of Growth.
Work towards maintaining 100% building occupancy by booking Building Tours and delivering high-quality leads after conversion.
Communicate the WeWork brand and lifestyle to ensure the highest conversion rates
About You
Bachelor’s Degree.
Proficient in English
A proven track record of sales goal achievement, in inbound activities.
Experience in outbound activities is desirable comfortable using marketing/prospecting automation platforms and CRM – Salesforce experience is desirable
Experience working with a sales team and owning a team-player mentality.
Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit – WeWork is growing incredibly quickly, meaning each employee will be given significant responsibility and autonomy.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills
At least 2 years of sales experience in entrepreneurial environments and also from a Sales Development/ BDR perspective.
