Acquire BPO is currently looking for Sales Development Representative to support us, RingCentral: 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone, email, and chat to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns

Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities

Follow the established pre-sales process and document prospect interaction ensuring efficient lead management; and

Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type.

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

At least 2 years Sales experience in a BPO setting. B2B Experience is an advantage.

Strong lead qualification skills gained from working in a BPO Sales environment

Candidate must be a self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up, and sales development experience 

Must be up-to-date with the industry and technologies. Familiarity with cloud-based software services is a plus.

Collaborative. Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment.

Excellent listening and business writing skills.

Willing to work on a mid shift time.
