Sales Development Representative

In general, the Sales Development Representatives creates and secures qualified business opportunities to generate new revenue (POS), and help manage, protect, and grow revenue to existing customers within the assigned territory in accordance with approved sales management guidelines.

Accountabilities:

Collects payment primarily from accounts with 1-31 outstanding balance and those that are about to shut off due to non-payment and persuade to enroll in AutopayWorks closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, build pipeline, and produce real business opportunities in accordance with approved sales management guidelines.Prospects for new business and upsell opportunities through a high volume of cold calling and following up with prospects as previously identified.Identifies qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify key decision makers and influencersEngages with Sales Team to identify targets for research for prospects – by type/size of company, job titles, departments etc.Researches using internal and external Tools – LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Google, Avvo, Findlawyers.com, etc.Cross-reference information gathered to assess accuracy and relevanceKeeps accurate records in Salesforce and build client profiles by updating client information and managing sensitive client and prospect dataLearns, understands, and applies the LexisNexis value proposition and our world-class business processesLeads continuous improvement projects to target efficiency (or productivity) and revenue-generatingAssists simple billing concerns of clients and partner sales repMasters all phases of our training and development programOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must posses a Bachelor's Degree in any field.Must have a good communications skills both in oral and written.Must have a knowledge in using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.Must be driven, works with minimal supervision and self-motivated.Preferably with experience in SDR Tasks such as appointment setting, cold/outbound calling, lead generation/prospecting, collections, and any other SDR-Related tasks.Account/Leads Management experience is a plus.Can work night shift and hybrid set up.Can start ASAP
