We are seeking a Sales Development Representative with B2B sales experience and in-depth CRM system knowledge, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by generating and qualifying leads. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and CRM systems to identify potential customers, initiate contact, and set appointments for the sales team. This role requires a proactive and tech-savvy individual with a strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics and proficiency in CRM tools and and excellent command in the English language.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
+ Utilize B2B sales strategies to identify and research potential customers within target industries and segments.
+ Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, and social media.
+ Leverage in-depth knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and organize lead information.
+ Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of lead interactions and activities.
+ Conduct targeted outreach to potential customers, articulating the value proposition of our products or services.
+ Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze prospect engagement.
+ Apply B2B sales best practices to qualify leads based on factors such as needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes.
+ Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate seamless lead handover.
+ Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team using CRM scheduling tools.
+ Ensure that CRM data aligns with the sales team's availability and priorities.
+ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outbound efforts with overall strategies.
+ Provide insights on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and CRM utilization.
+ Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and qualification.
+ Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, CRM utilization, and outcomes.
+ Build and maintain positive relationships with potential B2B customers.
+ Gather and document customer feedback within the CRM system to inform future campaigns.

+ 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or a related role.
+ Proven success in meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets and KPIs.
+ Expertise in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
+ Excellent English command and interpersonal skills.
+ Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
+ Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
