As a Sales Development and Support Representative at FreedomPay, you’ll have the opportunity to take your first step towards a lucrative career in PaaS/SaaS sales, while learning about FreedomPay’s award-winning Next Level Commerce Platform and setting the foundation to become a FinTech professional.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Sales and Marketing to nurture, educate, and qualify inbound and marketing-qualified leads to create sales-ready opportunitiesProspect target accounts and verticals via telephone, email, and LinkedIn (outbound prospecting)Conduct account research and identify key contacts & decision makers to generate interestRoute sales-ready leads to Sales, providing education about the opportunity, as neededPresent a basic overview of FP’s products and servicesConsistently achieve activity quotasDemonstrate ability to successfully manage and overcome prospect objectionsProvide ongoing feedback for the purposes of process optimizationProvide ongoing admin support to Sales (processing orders, contracts, and CRM entry)Act as point of contact for new customers between contract execution and hand-off to implementations teamFlexibility to travel up to 15% a plus (to support FP’s presence at Trade Shows)Requirements & SkillsExceptional written & verbal communication and listening skillsTime managementAttention to detailProficient with Outlook, Excel, LinkedInAbility to learn how to use sales tools (SalesLoft, DiscoverOrg, Marketo)Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentCRM experience a plus0-2 years of relevant experienceBachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
